Straight answers on how the platform works, plus the practical details — pallets, paperwork, and USPS documentation — that make drop shipments go smoothly.

Shipping Procedures
A well-built pallet is the difference between a smooth induction and a rejected one. Three things to check before pickup:
Trays or sacks stacked evenly and stable, with no overhang beyond the pallet edges.
Stretch wrap must bind the mail trays or sacks to the pallet itself — not just to each other — so nothing shifts in transit.
Each pallet carries its placard (99M/IMcb for Full-Service) plus the logistics placard we generate for you.
For complete USPS mailing requirements including pallet preparation, see USPS PostalPro.
The Paperwork
Every drop shipment travels with a small stack of paperwork. Here's what each piece does:
Non-Full-Service mailings only — Full-Service mailings skip the 8125 and use 99M pallet placards instead.
Make two copies of the completed 8125 and staple one to each of the two bills of lading.
Attach a "please mail this 8125 back to me" flag and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the original form.
The original 8125 rides with the shipment so the destination Post Office can verify postage at induction.
The Post Office signs the 8125 and mails it back to you in your envelope — your delivery receipt for the record.
